3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together, place in baking dish.

TOPPING:

1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. coconut
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/2 c. melted butter

Mix together and put atop potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
