SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. mashed sweet potato
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/3 c. milk
1 stick butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs, add all but vanilla. Add vanilla last. Pour into casserole.

TOPPING:

1/3 c. flour
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts, optional

Mix and sprinkle on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
