BUTTERMILK CHOCOLATE SHEET CAKE 
1 c. butter
1 c. water
1/4 c. cocoa
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. buttermilk

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
1/4 c. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. powdered sugar

Boil butter, water and cocoa and set aside to cool. Measure flour and sugar into mixing bowl. Add eggs, vanilla, baking soda and buttermilk to flour mixture and stir until mixed. Add cooled cocoa mixture. Pour into a greased jelly roll pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

Combine butter, cocoa, milk and vanilla in saucepan and boil. Add powdered sugar to cocoa mixture. Spread on warm cake. (Add nuts, if desired.)
