CHOCOLATE SHEET CAKE 
1 stick butter
1 c. water
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
5 tbsp. cocoa

Bring to a boil the butter, oil and water. Add the eggs, milk, vanilla and soda. Mix together the sugar, flour and cocoa and add to liquid mixture. Pour into greased and floured sheet cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

CHOCOLATE FROSTING:

1 box powdered sugar
5 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. milk
1 stick butter, melted

Mix all frosting ingredients together and mix well. Frost cake while still warm.

I made this today and I was very pleased with the outcome. It's just the right amount of chocolate and it was easy to make. I used 4 cups of powdered sugar for the frosting. I was not sure how much powdered sugar was needed. It called for a box....and I did not have a box. The icing turned out great.
