ARTICHOKE RICE SALAD | |
1 pkg. Rice-a-Roni with almonds 1 c. sliced water chestnuts 1 c. ripe olives, sliced 1 jar artichokes, cut 3 green onions 1 sm. pepper 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1 sm. pkg. almonds Prepare rice (use only 1/2 cup more water). Cool in refrigerator. Add remaining ingredients. Add juice of artichokes and top with mayonnaise to moisten. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving. |
