| ARTICHOKE RICE SALAD | |

1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® wild rice, cooked 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts 1 c. mayonnaise (Miracle Whip) 1/4 c. chopped green onions 1/4 c. chopped green pepper 1/4 c. chopped olives Drain, but reserve the juice from artichoke hearts. Mix juice with mayonnaise and add all ingredients to rice. Cool and serve. Excellent dish for buffet or picnic. | |
