SAUSAGE BALLS 
3 c. Bisquick
1 lb. hot sausage
5 tbsp. water
8 oz. sharp cheese, grated
Pinch of garlic salt
Dash of red pepper

Cook sausage, but do not brown. Drain well. Add other ingredients and make into small balls, about the size of walnuts. Mash flat and place on shallow baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes at 400. Serve hot.
