SAUSAGE BALLS | |
3 c. Bisquick 1 lb. sausage - "hot" flavored 10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese 1. Break sausage in small pieces. 2. Grate Cheddar cheese 3. Mix Bisquick, grated cheese and sausage together. Note: Sausage is not fried before mixing with cheese and Bisquick. 4. Chill mixture for 1/2 hour or so. 5. Roll mixture into very small balls (about grape size). 6. Bake at 400 degree oven for 12 minutes. 7. Serve warm. Leftovers can be reheated. |
