PINEAPPLE COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD 
2 pkg. (3 oz.) lime Jello
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. ice water
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 lg. container cottage cheese
1/2 pkg. Dream Whip, prepared according to directions

Dissolve Jello in 1 cup hot water, stir to dissolve. Add 1/2 cup ice water and chill until partially set. Blend pineapple and cottage cheese to Jello. Fold whipped Dream Whip into Jello and place in a mold. Best when chilled overnight.
