COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD 
3 c. cottage cheese
12 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello
13 1/2 oz. (1 ptsp.) pineapple tidbits, drained
11 oz. mandarin orange sections, drained

In mixing bowl, blend cottage cheese and Cool Whip. Beat until blended. Stir in dry jello. Fold in pineapple and oranges. Keep refrigerated.
