BUTTERMILK ROLLS 
3 c. self rising flour
1 pkg. yeast (dissolved in 1/2 c. water)
1/4 stick butter
1 c. buttermilk
4 tbsp. sugar

Mix flour, sugar and sift three times. Add buttermilk, yeast and butter. Let rise until double in size. Roll out ready to cook, cut in biscuit size. Let set 2 or 3 hours before cooking.
