SHRIMP AND WILD RICE BAKE | |
1 (7 oz.) box long grain and wild rice mix 1 lb. raw shrimp, cleaned 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 tbsp. minced onion 2 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese, halved Cook rice according to directions on box. Mix all ingredients with 1/2 cup of cheese and spread in a 2 1/2 quart greased baking dish. If mixture seems too thick, add a little milk. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top and bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. |
