YELLOW SQUASH 
6 med. squash
1 can tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 lb. grated cheese
1 green pepper
1 med. onion, chopped
1 stick butter
1 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. chili powder

Cook onion and pepper in 1/2 stick of butter. Add tomatoes, chili powder, garlic salt. Let simmer. Slice and fry squash in 1/2 stick of butter. Put in baking dish. Cover with tomato mixture. Add mushroom soup, top with crumbs and cheese. Bake at 250 degrees for 20 minutes.
