STIR-FRY 
1/2 lb. flank steak, thin strips
1 (10 oz.) pkg. Birds Eye stir-fry (Chinese style)
2 tbsp. oil
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1/4 c. boiling water

Saute steak strips in oil until lightly brown. Add vegetables and water. Add spice package in vegetables. Cover and simmer 6 minutes. Serve on rice.
