PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE | |
2 cups sugar 1/2 cup milk 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme or fluff 8 oz. peanut butter 1 tsp. vanilla Place sugar and milk in medium saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil. Turn down to medium heat, boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add marshmallow, peanut butter and vanilla. Stir until well blended. Prepare 9x9-inch square baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Place in baking dish and refrigerate until firm (about 1 hour). |
