1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus lemon cake mix
11 oz. can mandarin oranges, undrained
1 tsp. orange extract
3 eggs

GLAZE:

1 c. sifted powdered sugar
5 tsp. water
1/2 tsp. orange extract

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 13 x 9 inch pan. In large bowl, mix all cake ingredients at low speed until moistened beat 2 minutes at highest speed. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until toothpick is inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely. In small bowl blend glaze ingredients until smooth. If needed add additional water a drop at a time for desired consistency. Drizzle over cooled cake. 12 servings.
