CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 lb. ground chuck, browned
1 onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. grated Velveeta
2 1/2 c. macaroni
1 tbsp. butter
3 c. water
1 green pepper, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 can condensed cheese soup
1 can Niblet corn, optional

In large skillet, brown meat with green pepper and onion in butter. Drain. Add water, seasonings and soup, stir. Add macaroni, stir. Cover and let simmer until macaroni is tender. Add cheese and more water if desired. (If using corn add it.) 6 servings.
