“HOT DOG ONIONS” IS IN:

HOT DOG ONIONS 
2 tbsp. corn oil
1 large onion, minced
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. yellow mustard
1 1/2 tsp. FRANK'S® RedHot hot sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
pinch of cayenne pepper
salt, to taste
pinch of pepper
2 tbsp. tomato paste
1/2 cup water

Heat oil in a medium sized skillet on medium-high heat. Add onions and cook till onions are very limp and all fluid is evaporated. Add all the seasonings and simmer uncovered for a few minutes.

Add tomato paste and water. Simmer, uncovered, till it reduces in half.

Serve on top of hot dogs.
