1 lb. zucchini, cut up & parboiled
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. creamed cottage cheese
2/3 c. cooked rice
1 beaten egg
1 tbsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. basil
2 slices American cheese

Cook onion in butter until soft, stir in other ingredients except cheese. Bake, uncovered 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Add cheese. Bake uncovered another 5 minutes.
