2 c. half and half
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. cornstarch
Chunk of butter (size of nut)
Pinch of salt
Nutmeg and cinnamon
Baked pie shell

Bring half and half and sugar almost to a boil. Mix in evaporated milk, flour, cornstarch, butter and salt. Pour into baked pie shell. While still warm, sprinkle liberally with nutmeg and cinnamon.
