VEGETABLE AND BEAN SALAD 
3/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. water

Mix and bring to a boil.

1 sm. jar pimento
1 med. can French cut green beans
1 can LeSeur peas
1 can shoe peg white corn
1 green pepper, diced
1 c. diced celery
1 bunch green onions

Pour liquid over vegetables. Prepare 12 hours ahead. Serve chilled.

6 cups of salad.
