VEGETABLE BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) can white or yellow corn, drained
1 (16 oz.) can French cut green beans, drained
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can of cream of celery soup
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped green pepper, optional
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. butter
1 c. crushed Ritz crackers

Mix first 7 ingredients together. Melt 1/2 cup butter. Add crushed Ritz crackers to butter. Spread over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Enjoy!
