CHICKEN NUGGETS 
1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
Vegetable oil
1/3 c. all purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/3 c. water

Heat oil in deep fryer or Dutch oven to 360 degrees. Mix flour and salt. Mix vinegar and baking soda. Stir vinegar mixture and water into flour mixture, beat until smooth. Dip chicken into batter, allowing excess to drip into bowl. Fry chicken in hot oil, turning once, until golden brown and done; drain.
