CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 (7 oz.) jars marshmallow creme
5 c. sugar
1 lg. can Carnation milk
2 sticks butter
1 qt. chopped nuts
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
Pinch of salt

Mix sugar, butter and milk in large cooker. Cook for 7 to 8 minutes after mixture begins to bubble, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add marshmallow creme and chocolate chips. Stir until well dissolved.

Add salt, vanilla, almond flavorings and nuts. Stir until mixed well. Pour into an 11x14 buttered pan for cooling. Then cut in desired size pieces. Makes approximately 5 pounds.
