3 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
2/3 c. evaporated milk
2 (6 oz.) pkgs. chocolate chips
2 (7 oz.) jars marshmallow creme
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar, butter and milk. Bring to a boil. Cook rapidly 5 minutes over medium heat. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate chips. Add marshmallow creme, nuts and vanilla. Beat until well blended. Pour into a greased 13"x9" pan. Let stand to cool.
