OLD TIME BREAD PUDDING 
4 slices buttered toast, cut in quarters
1/3 c. seedless raisins
2 slightly beaten eggs
1/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. Pet milk
1 c. boiling water
1 tsp. vanilla

Put toast into a greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle raisins over toast. Pour over toast a mixture of last 6 ingredients. Let stand 10 minutes then sprinkle with 4 teaspoons sugar and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Makes 4 servings.
