HAM AND ASPARAGUS BAKE 
1 1/2 c. ham, chopped
1 c. shredded cheese American or Velveeta
2 c. asparagus (partially cooked or thawed if frozen)
Some chopped onion
2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt & some pepper

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a large pie baking dish (10 inch) or 2 small. Put ham, asparagus and onion in baking dish. Cover with shredded cheese or cheese slices. Beat eggs, milk, Bisquick and seasoning until smooth. Pour over ham, etc. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 30 to 40 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Serve with salad or crackers.
