NO-KNEAD WHEAT ROLLS 
1 tbsp. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 egg
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. shortening
1/4 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour

Using a mixer or food processor combine yeast and warm water until dissolved. Mix in egg. Combine milk, salt, shortening and sugar. Microwave or heat in saucepan until shortening is melted. When cooled to about 100 degrees, add to yeast mixture. Gradually add flour until well mixed. Form into 2 dozen rolls and bake in 2 round cake pans at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
