BUTTERMILK ROLLS - NO KNEAD 
1/2 qt. buttermilk
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tbsp. salt
1/2 c. vegetable oil
5 c. flour
1 env. active dry yeast

Heat buttermilk to between 120-130 degrees. Add to it sugar, soda, salt and oil. Let cool to lukewarm. In large bowl combine 2 cups flour, yeast and liquid mixture. Beat 2 minutes with electric mixer. Work in remaining 3 cups flour. Let rise until double. Shape into rolls, sweet or dinner, tea ring, bread sticks or hamburger buns. Bake in 375 degree oven for 12-25 minutes, depending on type of roll. Makes 2 1/2-3 dozen.
