TEXAS CHILI CON QUESO 
2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 lb. hot sausage
4 oz. Pace hot picante sauce
1 sm. jar chopped pimentos
Sliced jalapeno peppers (optional)

Cube Velveeta cheese and melt in crock pot or slow cooker. Cook sausage and drain fat. Add cooked sausage to cheese. Add remaining ingredients. Mix all ingredients together, stirring thoroughly. Serve hot as a dip for chips or bread.
