CHILI CON QUESO 
1 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
3/4 tbsp. Ro-Tel cheese, diced
1/4 c. milk
1 1/2 lb. lean hamburger, browned and drained
1 can tomatoes, pureed in blender
3/4 pkg. chili mix

In double boiler, melt the cheeses and milk; set aside. Combine rest of ingredients in saucepan; simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Combine chili and cheese in double boiler. Serve hot with your favorite chips or crackers.

Makes 4 servings. Preparation time: 0:30.
