CHEESE DIP (CHILI CON QUESO) 
2 lb. box mild Mexican Velveeta cheese
1/2 stick butter
2 sm. onions, chopped fine
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

Melt 1/2 stick butter. Saute 2 small onions. Add tomato sauce and garlic salt. Add 2 pounds cheese, melt together. Serve with tortilla or corn chips.
