ZUCCHINI DIP 
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning
2 tbsp. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. unpeeled grated zucchini

In medium size bowl, beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice and Beau Monde until smooth consistency. Stir in walnuts and zucchini; cover. Refrigerate 3 hours. Serve with crackers. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
