CORN CASSEROLE 
1 (No. 2) can yellow whole grain corn (DO NOT DRAIN)
1/2 pkg. yellow rice mix
1 stick butter
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. grated cheese (can use more if you would prefer)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix corn, rice, butter and soup. Pour into s casserole dish. Top with grated cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.
