MARISA'S GARLIC BISCUITS
1 pkg of Crescent Roll dough
4-5 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 cloves of fresh garlic (crushed or finely grated)
1 tbsp. butter (melted)
1-2 tbsp. dried parsley
dash of dried basil

Preheat over to 375°F.

Separate Crescent roll dough and arrange into 8 round mounds on an ungreased cookie sheet. It helps to bring the two long corners together and "tie" like a knot. Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl.

Spoon the garlic mixture in equal amounts over each biscuit.

Bake on middle rack for about 12 minutes or until golden. Serve warm.

Makes 8 biscuits. Can be doubled or tripled.

Variation: add about a teaspoon of shredded cheddar cheese to each biscuit before baking to make Garlic Cheddar Biscuits... yum!!
