SOUR CREAM COOKIES 
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. baking soda
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter, brown sugar and eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Bake at 400 degrees until golden brown, 8 to 10 minutes.

FROSTING:

6 tbsp. browned butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar
Hot water to thin

Beat until mixed and frost cookies.
