PORK CHOP SKILLET DINNER 
4 lean pork chops
2 tbsp. oil
Salt & pepper
2 med. potatoes
1 med. onion
3 wedges of cabbage
3 carrots

Brown pork chops lightly in oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Then add the vegetables. Cover and cook until vegetables are tender, about 30 minutes. There should be very little liquid remaining in the pan when ready to serve.
