PORK CHOP SKILLET DINNER | |
4-10 pork chops 2-3 potatoes 2 lg. onions 1 head cabbage 2 cans cream of mushroom soup (any kind) Place pork chops in electric skillet; brown on both sides (no grease). On top of chops, slice onions and potatoes. Quarter cabbage and place in each corner of skillet. Add mushroom soup; cover with water (2-3 cans). Bake at 300-350 degrees for approximately 1 hour or until cabbage is done. |
