PORK CHOP SKILLET DINNER 
4 pork chops
1/2 head cabbage
8 med. carrots
2 med. onions
4 med. potatoes, halved
Salt & pepper to taste
Cooking oil
1/4 c. water

Place pork chops in large skillet with small amount of cooking oil. Brown well on both sides. Place cabbage wedges, carrots, potatoes and onions in skillet with pork chops. Add water. Cover skillet and steam over low heat 45 minutes until vegetables are cooked. Serves 4.
