PEACHY SKILLET PORK CHOPS | |
1 (16 oz.) can peach slices 1 (18 oz.) jar BBQ sauce 1 tbsp. prepared horseradish 6 pork chops 1 tbsp. butter Drain peaches, reserve 1/2 cup syrup. Chop enough peaches to make 1/2 cup. Combine reserved syrup, chopped peaches, BBQ sauce, and horseradish until well blended. Brown chops in butter in large skillet. Cover with BBQ sauce mixture. Cover; simmer 50 to 55 minutes or until meat is done, basting occasionally with sauce. Garnish with remaining peaches. Serve sauce with rice if desired. Makes 6 servings. |
