MEAT MOSTACCIOLI 
1/2 lb. mostaccioli
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 tsp. basil leaves
1 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook mostaccioli according to directions. Drain.

In large skillet, brown meat. Pour off fat. Add onion. Cook until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients except mostaccioli and cheese. Simmer 10 minutes. Stir in cooked mostaccioli. Turn into greased 2-quart shallow 7x12 inch baking dish. Bake 20 minutes. Top with cheese. Bake 3 minutes longer. Makes 4-6 servings.
