MOSTACCIOLI BEEF SOUP 
1 1/2 lbs. beef stew meat, cut into 1" cubes
2 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. chili powder
2 1/2 c. water
16 oz. can tomatoes, cut up, undrained
1 c. sliced carrots
1/2 c. sliced celery
1 med. onion, sliced
1 c. uncooked mostaccioli

In Dutch oven, brown meat in hot oil. Add remaining ingredients except mostaccioli; mix well. Cover and simmer 2 hours or until meat is tender. Stir in mostaccioli; cook 12 to 15 minutes or until tender. Serves 5 (1 cup each).
