MOSTACCIOLI AND CHEESE 
Favorite tomato meat sauce
4 qts. water
1 tbsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mostaccioli
1 c. chopped Mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper
Grated Parmesan or Romano cheese

Prepare tomato meat sauce.

Heat water to boiling in a large saucepan. Add salt, then mostaccioli. Boil rapidly, uncovered, 12-15 minutes or until tender; drain.

Return drained mostaccioli to saucepan and mix in 2 tablespoons of meat sauce. Turn half of mostaccioli into an 8 inch square baking dish. Add cheeses and peppers in layers, then the remaining mostaccioli. Cover with additional meat sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Makes 4-6 servings.
