BUBBLY STRAWBERRY CUPS 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 c. club soda
Ice cubes
1 1/2 c. sliced strawberries

Completely dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add ginger. Combine club soda and ice to make 2 1/2 cups. Add to Jello, stirring until slightly thickened, if necessary remove any unmelted ice. Stir in strawberries. Spoon into individual dishes. Chill until set. Makes 8 servings.
