NACHO DIP 
3 med. sized avocados
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
2 cans beans dip
1 lg. bunch green onions, sliced thin
2 med. size tomatoes, seeded & chopped
1 (10 oz.) can black olives, chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheddar cheese

1. Peel avocados; then mash with lemon juice, salt and pepper; set aside.

2. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning mix; set aside.

3. Spread bean dip in bottom of platter.

4. Top with avocado mixture.

5. Top with sour cream mixture.

6. Sprinkle with onions, tomatoes, olives and cheese. Serve with taco or nacho chips.
