CAJUN SEASONING 
2 tbsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
2 tbsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. dried sweet basil leaves
1 tbsp. salt, optional
1 tbsp. dried oregano leaves
1 tbsp. ground white pepper
1 tbsp. onion powder

Combine all ingredients and store in a tightly sealed container. Makes 3/4 cup of seasoning.
