1 box Ritz Crackers
1 bottle Italian Dressing
4 boneless chicken breasts

Marinate (completely covered) chicken breasts in Zesty Italian dressing for 3 hours. May marinate for more or less time depending on how zesty you want them.

Crumble 1 to 2 rolls of Ritz Crackers using hands. Roll marinated chicken in the crumbled crackers. Cook on a baking sheet at 350 or 400°F, depending on the oven, for 20 minutes each side. Check after 15 minutes to make sure oven is not high enough to burn cracker crumbs. Crackers should be golden brown after 20 minutes on each side.

Serve and eat. Great with rice and green beans.
