HOLIDAY CINNAMON SALAD 
1/4 c. red cinnamon candy
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. hot water
1 pkg. raspberry Jello or cherry
1 c. cold water
1 c. diced apple (red, do not peel)
1/2 c. diced celery
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Dissolve candies and sugar in hot water. Heat to boiling and pour over Jello. Stir until Jello is dissolved. Add cold water. Chill until partially set, stir in rest of the ingredients. Pour into mold or large pan. Chill. Serve on lettuce. Serves 6.
