HOLIDAY CONFETTI SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. chopped maraschino cherries
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. whipping cream

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Chill to thicken slightly.

Whip pineapple and cream cheese together until smooth. Add to partially congealed Jello with celery, nuts, and cherries. Whip cream and fold in. Chill until firm.

Makes a pretty molded salad for the holiday.
