1 1/2 qts. cabbage
1/2 green pepper, diced
3 stalks celery, diced
1 med. onion, diced
2 tsp. plain salt, not iodized
4 c. water
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. white mustard seed
1/2 red pepper, diced

Shred cabbage and combine with all other ingredients, mixing well. Freeze. Take out as needed.
